March 27, 2004 ~ Cecilia's body was found this morning. What can you do now? Continue to pray for her family and friends. Pray for the person or persons who murdered this child. Pray for justice. Pray for forgiveness. Pray for our country where acts such as these are becoming all too common. Evil is a very real presence in our world, it will one day be ultimately conquered but until that day we struggle minute by minute with the consequences of sin. One question that will undoubtedly be asked by many in the days to come is "Where was God?" My own attempt at an answer to this question can be found in the document "If God, Why Evil"
October 30, 2003 ~ Help in the search for Cecilia Zhang, stolen from her bedroom during the morning hours of Monday, October 20, 2003. What can you do? Pray! Look! Be aware! Don't forget about her or her family but continually hold them before God. Relentlessly ask God that His mercy be demonstrated toward the Zhang family.
Ephesians 6:18 - And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.
