A Big Bang

I get a big bang out of the Bible

but I can’t fit the Big Bang in, it’s

much too hard, I’d have to change

so much of the narrative that it

wouldn’t say anything important, it

wouldn’t say anything of value, it

wouldn’t say anything worth saying

it would just be a mass of writings

implying much more than was meant

and be utterly useless for all of that
