One Million People Weep
standing here thirty-six years later
I wonder how they would feel
our vigorous defense of marriage
while their countless thousands die
in apathy
the real battle should have taken place
decades ago
Since 1969, when abortion was legalized in Canada, an
average of 100,000 children have been aborted each
year. Our churches do not stand against this tragedy
yet weep at the current re-definition of marriage.
