who could be compared to God

is there any on earth

that could be said to be like Him

is there a thing on this ball

which we may see and say:

“There is God!”

and bow down

and worship

no!

for ours is a secret God

more plainly seen than most

we cannot worship a thing like Him

we must worship only Him
