the ice mistress vanquished

she retreats in silence

save the random note

singing in summer’s delights

Heat waved sky

       full of sun

stirs the soul to sing and soar

       with childhood(s) joy

Unbridled life released

overflows from the world

within as well

as

victory once more

blesses spring

and

life is free again
