Bill Cosby Jr. was killed yesterday

for reasons no one can fathom

senseless, brutal, and sad

newscasters made much of his plans

his desire to help others to

overcome what he overcame

making his death all the more tragic

I thought upon hearing this

but death is tragic regardless who dies

for ultimately men ignored

and princes loved

lose the treasure God endowed
