Contrary to what you may think

I do not live to condemn you

It is not why God has made me be

and is not where I find my joy

I am to reveal His mercy and His love

to you, for your redemption

as they have also been revealed

to me, for my redemption

For His salvation does us little good

if we carry our rubbish beyond the cross
