Don’t! Just. Don’t.

“Don’t do this!”

they say, as they do this

Don’t.

“Don’t go there!”

they say, as they go there

Just.

“Don’t say that!”

they say, as they say that

Don’t.

do, go or say

which you won’t allow others

do, go or say

it’s hardly encouraging

it smacks of hypocrisy

and it is certainly un-Godly

yet

all glory to the one true God

He who, in this or any other trial,

gives the grace to be faithful

It's distressing to be called out for something by those who have no problem with it themselves.

Living in this world demands a lot of grace, thankfully, God provides.
