I do not doubt, no! not for one instant

that I am fearfully and wonderfully made

that I am the handiwork of Almighty God

that I am here for His pleasure and purpose

that I am to honour Him in everything I do

but

deep down inside this broken lonely heart

I am fearful of life and wondering its pain
