I feel worthless

utterly and irredeemably

so worthless

all who look see nothing

scornful of

any part of me I value

made fun of

my staunch adherence

to Your truth

and my devotion to You

derided

and as wonderful as it is

being loved by You

a merely human touch

sometimes

would be marvellous
