John and Peter, when arrested

did not lie but said straight out

"We will obey God above men"

and going out did exactly that

upheld the honour of His name

today we have Phil Hutchings

who, brought before men, said

“I will do my utmost to comply”

and went and didn't do that at all

profaned the glory of His name
