this morning Lord

I heard your word

preached by a man on fire

a holy flame

burning for you

       bless him Lord

I felt the flame lick at my heart

but not quite catch hold

fan them Lord

the little sparks that glow

cause them to grow

so I too may burn

a holy flame for you

and set others alight
