Water

my good days have always been out on the water

the swell of the wave, the scent of the air

out there on the water, life doesn't matter

       as much

paddle splash, sail slap, propeller throb

out there on the water, life is much better

my best days have come by passing through the water

the fall into death, the rise into Life

made clean through His water, life doesn't matter

       as much

in the Father, in the Son, in the Holy Ghost

made clean through His water, life is made greater
