God saw all that He had made and proclaimed it

"Very good"

Then we all  went and blew it, made it

"Very bad"

And keep on doing it despite all that God

has done, is doing, will do

to show His care for us continues, evil as we are

We've filled His wonder with evil  things

which call and cling and corrupt us

to our destruction

lest our eyes stay fixed on Him
