I am not a good man

I prove it all the time

to my dissatisfaction

when I’m alone

when I’m not

when I’m doing

when I’m not

when I’m awake

when I’m not

when I’m home

when I’m not

when I’m [insert anything here]

when I’m not

I am not nor can I be

a good man

evil corrupts my being

I am and will forever be

a grateful man

that Jesus has my back
